KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Resort has completed its phase one renovation project worth US$60 million (US$1=RM4.45) and unveiled eight brand new rooms and suites in its effort to seal its position as Asia’s leading fully-integrated premier hospitality and entertainment destination.
Located in vibrant Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, the eight brand new rooms and suites comprise the Deluxe Rooms, Grand Deluxe Rooms, Club Rooms, Wellness Suites, Business Suites, Executive Suites, Premier Suites, and Sunway Grand Suite.
Phase one of this once-in-a-generation transformation began in early 2020 and is the most extensive renovation in Sunway Resort’s 25-year history.
Sunway City Kuala Lumpur Hotels senior general manager Alex Castaldi said for 25 years, Sunway Resort has been raising the bar in hospitality in Malaysia, and this legacy will continue with the completion of the renovation project today.

Every aspect of the in-room experience is enhanced by state-of-the-art solutions, including keyless room entry accessible via Sunway iLab’s Sunway Hotels & Resorts App, motion sensor night lights, IPTV (internet protocol television), IP telephones, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.,
